Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Items sold by Picture Perfect are subject to tax when shipped to destinations in: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. Any applicable tax will be applied to the price you pay for taxable items, less any and all extra savings.

Are my items in stock?
We offer real-time inventory. You can check if any item is available on each product page by selecting the size and color you need. Items that are in stock will display the number that are available. Items that are available for backorder will be displayed as “Available on backorder”. Items that are completely out of stock and not available for backorder will display “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.”

How do backorders work?
If the size/color you need is available on backorder, a message will show up above the ADD TO CART button stating that it is Available on backorder. Backorder items usually ship between 3-8 weeks. You can still place an order for these items, and we recommend doing so to save your place in line! Once we receive the item(s) back in stock, we will ship them out to you via our Standard Shipping method (5-7 business days) at no additional shipping charge.

Yes, shopping at Picture Perfect is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the “Cart” page of our checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service representative that you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

How do I use the gift card I received?
If you were the lucky recipient of an electronic gift card. The card’s code can be entered either at the bottom of the “Cart” page or at the bottom of the “Checkout” page. If you place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service representative that you have a gift card.

How do I change my membership information?
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. To access your private information, you first sign in, and then you can edit or delete your information through the “Your Account” page.
Your email address can only be changed by calling us at 860-376-5514.

How do I join your affiliate program?

I haven’t received any email(s) from Picture Perfect that I was expecting.
When creating a new account you will be sent a confirmation email to reset your password and complete your membership. You will also receive email correspondence after joining our affiliate program. Gift certificates will arrive via email as well as receipts and invoices. If you are expecting an email but haven’t received one within a 30 minutes of the expected time, please be sure to check your “Spam” and/or “Junk E-mail” folder(s) for anything from “Picture Perfect Lingerie“. Because our web sight is built using WordPress, email will occasionally be marked as spam. We will never send random “spam” emails so anything sent from us probably is something that concerns your account, a recent purchase, or possibly an e-gift card sent to you from an admirer. How much do you charge for shipping?
Our standard shipping is 5-7 business days via the USPS and starts at $15.00 but can increase based on the size/weight of your package(s). Some states require we collect sales tax on shipping costs. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless we fail to meet our service level for guaranteed shipping for in-stock items. Holidays, weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt transportation flow, and the delivery of your package might be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. Select shipping methods ship the same day for in-stock orders placed by 3:00pm EST. See our shipping methods, above, for details.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order. You may also track your order by accessing Your Account page and selecting “Orders”.

What is Picture Perfect’s return policy?
We want you to love what you’ve found! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a prompt credit or exchange. We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags.
Returning within 30 days: You will receive credit back on the initial credit card or account.
Returning after 30 days: You will receive a voucher via email so you can pick out a new favorite! A $10 order minimum is required to redeem this voucher, not including shipping charges and tax. Our official policy can be found here: Refund and Returns Policy

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using an insured, traceable method. Picture Perfect cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at 860-376-5514 so that we can promptly send you a free return shipping label to send the package back to us at no cost to you. Your replacement items will ship free of charge.

How do I return/exchange something?
Not satisfied? Return it or exchange it.
1. Fill out the Return/Exchange form – click here to print a blank Return/Exchange form.
Indicate the items you want to return and the reason code.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please also complete the section marked Exchanges by telling us which items you’d like in exchange. Note the style / SKU, size, descriptions, color and quantity.
We are pleased to remind you that as always, we send your exchanged items back to you free of shipping charges.
Returns/exchanges take up to 15 business days for us to receive and process. Call us if you want your replacement items faster: 860-376-5514.
2. Pack your items and include the Return/Exchange form in your box.

For an exchange, once we receive your return items back to our warehouse, we will ship the exchange items ASAP. If you return items after 30 days, you will receive a voucher via email. A $10 order minimum is required to redeem this voucher, not including shipping charges and tax. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date you ship the package for us to receive and process your return. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. We will email you once we have processed your package as well as when your exchange ships.
